Alabama Hills, Owens Valley - California

I came across these rocks by chance and loved the contrast of the round shapes against the razor like mountains in the background. The low light accentuating the texture of the sandy rock and creating the diagonal shadow. The rock sitting atop raises so many questions as to how it got there.
